Notes / Additional Information
e-ValReports was established to issue evaluation reports for immigration purposes.  These reports are often called "document-by-document" reports where the benchmark diplomas are highlighted: equivalency for high school diploma, associate degree, bachelor degree, master degree, and doctor of philosophy degree.  The detailed "course-by- course" evaluations used for further education or professional board requirements are not produced.

As the Request Form shows, there are two prices based on the "turn-around" time: $150.00 for a next-day evaluation report and $120.00 for a one-week evaluation report.  The reports will look the same, the only difference between the two is the cost associated with the turn-around time.

Corporate clients may fax or e-mail the Request Form with documentation to me and be invoiced for the cost.  Individual customers should mail the Request Form, documentation and fee issued by check or money order.

Photocopies of educational credentials can be sent for evaluation, but e-ValReports reserves the right to require original documentation when the copies are illegible or when questions arise regarding their authenticity.  Documents proved to be inauthentic will result in no report issued and loss of fee.

If employment history is to be reflected in the report, please submit a detailed resume with letters verifying employment.

Revisions to issued reports may incur an additional fee depending on the nature and extent.  Corrections to issued reports are free of cost.
English translations of some foreign language documents may be required.  If so, they should be issued by an independent translator or translation agency, not by the individual whose documents are being evaluated.  Documents issued in Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Dutch do not require translations.

With submission of a request for a credentials evaluation report, you agree that to the best of your knowledge that the information provided is true and that the documents submitted are exact photocopies of authentic credentials that have not been altered in any way subsequent to their issuance.  You understand that an evaluation report issued by e-ValReports is advisory in nature and that there is no guarantee that a desired degree equivalency can be reached or that a particular USCIS action be made on the basis of an evaluation report alone.
